Program Features

The electric scooter and bicycle insurance, with a particularly affordable premium, the program provides coverage for Bodily Injury and Property Damage caused to third parties, as well as Legal Protection. It is intended for both private individuals and professionals, covering privately owned as well as rental bicycles and scooters.

More specifically, the program includes the following coverages:

• Public Liability up to €50,000

If the insured person, through their own fault, causes death, bodily injury, or property damage to third parties during the use and operation of their bicycle, the Company will provide coverage up to its Maximum Liability Limit of €50,000 per incident and per policy year.

Specifically covered:

• Bodily Injury or Death of third parties up to €50,000
• Property Damage to third parties up to €50,000
• Maximum Liability Limit per incident and per policy year up to €50,000

• Legal Protection up to €3,000

The insured is provided with Legal Protection for the following:

• Claims for Property Damage (exceeding €300) and Bodily Injury suffered by the insured
• Legal defense in cases of injury or loss of life of the insured resulting from a road traffic accident
• Defense against claims for Property Damage and Bodily Injury made by third parties
• Criminal defense in cases involving injury or loss of life of third parties
• Appeals before Administrative Authorities and Courts

Optional Coverage

• Rider Personal Accident up to €10,000

In the event of Accidental Death or Permanent Total or Partial Disability of the rider resulting from a road traffic accident, the Company will pay compensation up to the maximum amount of €10,000.
