Employer liability insurance covers you as an employer and your representatives, for employee work accidents in your business. Coverage is provided only as an extension to general liability insurance policies and only for the obligations of the company as provided for in Articles 657, 658 and 932 of the Civil Code. It concerns the amounts which the insured person, liable in his capacity as employer, will be obliged to pay as compensation to those persons associated with him by a contract of employment for accidents suffered at work or as a result of such work. Coverage shall be provided only for amounts beyond and outside the obligations of the main insurance fund of the insured personnel.
