According to Article 3 of Law 5170/2025, every property available for short-term rental must meet the following technical, health, and safety standards:

- ✅ Electrical Safety: Certified electrician’s declaration, residual current device (RCD), fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors.

- ✅ Natural Light & Ventilation: The property must be a primary-use space with adequate lighting and ventilation.
